Velvet Morning selects Jonathan Audy-Marchessault.
Crease Crashers select Drew Shore.
Yeah it's a 12 hour time limit but I think most of us were asleep for a good chunk of that time in the middle of the night.

Not my problem.
Extend it if you have to, but don't set a time limit and then arbitrarily enforce it.

If we are going to have the limit it shouldnt matter what period of the day that time limit falls under. I mean shit last year Ma was up and picking at 4 in the morning sometimes in Auz just to keep stuff moving. Its the only way to be fair to everyone .....

I get people sleep. It can be an inconvvenience.
Just didn't like the idea of my pick being voided solely due to someone needing more time then the 12hrs allotted.
But that's all I will say on the matter.

I went to bed the other night, but sent two names to Big Ev (who was picking after me) so that the draft wouldn't be delayed. There are ways to keep the draft moving smoothly even if you have to sleep or are going to be offline for a while.
And no offense meant to Drury, but he hasn't been online since his last pick which was made and we waited 7 hours for him to make that pick. If he isn't going to be actively online while the draft is happening, he can make other arrangements so as not to hold up the rest of us.

It's not the amount of time, it's people actually understanding that there are other things besides fantasy hockey. It's not like we are in September and the season is close. It's June.

It's June. and that's my point. we all have other stuff going on and I'd like to get this over as quickly as possible. if we all take 12 hours to make our picks this thing will drag on. we have a 12 hour rule for a reason and we've all known for a while that the draft was taking place now. if someone isn't going to be online regularly, the rest of us would appreciate it if other arrangements were made.

That's fine but why did you set a time limit then? You said 12 hours is fair. If you set rules, the league follows them. Nothing personal against anybody who passes the time limit; it's just "business".
